Privacy
BibleSong is private by default. Stories and songs are not public discovery content.
What we collect
We collect the order email, the story and creative brief you submit, payment identifiers supplied by Stripe, production status, and any optional feedback or reaction video.
How we use it
We use this information to validate the order, produce and deliver the private song, provide support, prevent abuse, and honor legal and accounting obligations.
Protection
Sensitive brief and email fields are encrypted at rest. Public links use high-entropy tokens stored as hashes. Production access is limited to authorized operators.
Marketing consent
A reaction upload or review is not permission to market it. Marketing consent is collected separately and can be declined without affecting the order.
Analytics
BibleSong keeps a first-party growth ledger with a hashed session, page or content ID, sample ID, funnel event, and sanitized UTM fields for 30 days. It excludes names, email, stories, memories, Scripture text, and free-form answers. Cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics may provide aggregate traffic measurement. Google Analytics loads only after an explicit browser choice and receives the same bounded page and funnel identifiers.
