Refunds & guarantee
Every order includes one revision and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Before production
Cancelled or failed payments do not enter production. If a paid order has not entered lyric work, contact the order team through your private status link.
After delivery
Use the included revision first when a clear creative change can make the song right. If we cannot resolve the concern, request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Rush upgrade
The 24-hour priority fee is refundable if BibleSong misses the priority commitment for reasons within our control.
Payment reversals
Approved Stripe refunds move the private order to a refunded state and end further production access.
